This weekend, I REALLY need to make up some chicken stock for my stash, but I’ve never done it. I’m fairly confident I CAN, but I’m wondering about time frame as Saturday I have to work and Sunday I have to be away for a few hours just after lunch.

So. Help? Surely someone here has made it before? 🙂

  1. It’s fairly easy. I do it using my crock pot on low heat for about six hours, so get started in the morning. Put chicken, veggies & spices (carrots, fennel, a few cloves, onion, dash of cinnamon & all spice, celery). Add enough water to cover completely.. it will be ready for you when you’re back home in the evening. Enjoy!
